  • At Belizaire Beauty, we’re happy to accept both cash and all major credit cards for your convenience. Please note that all sales are final — this includes hair extension purchases, salon services, and any hair care or beauty products. We take great pride in the quality of our work and products, and this policy helps us maintain the high standard of care our guests deserve.

  • At Belizaire Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you have any concerns with your service, we kindly ask that you let us know within three (3) days of your appointment so we can make any necessary adjustments. Adjustments are complimentary and designed to perfect the original look you requested.

    Please note: adjustments are not refunds, and any changes requested after the 3-day period will be considered a new service. This policy ensures we can address your needs while keeping your style fresh, beautiful, and true to our standard of excellence.

  • Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens, and we’re happy to accommodate changes with at least 24 hours’ notice so we can offer your spot to another guest.

    • Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Cancellations or reschedules with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.

    • No-call/no-show appointments will forfeit your deposit, and no future bookings will be accepted.

    This policy helps us honor our time, our craft, and the exceptional experience we promise every guest at Belizaire Beauty.

  • Belizaire Beauty is located at 2360 Germantown Avenue, Philadelphia, PA. For your convenience, free parking is available, making your visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.

  • Yes — at Belizaire Beauty, every appointment begins with a luxurious shampoo experience to cleanse, hydrate, and prepare your hair for flawless results. We believe healthy hair is the foundation of every style, so this step is never skipped.

    Your service also includes styling silk press or loose cur to ensure you leave the salon looking and feeling your absolute best. From start to finish, we prioritize both care and beauty so your hair is not only styled, but truly nurtured.

  • No the prices listed online when booking reflect the cost of the service only. If you would like Belizaire Beauty to provide the hair for your appointment, it can be purchased separately at an additional cost.
